Principal Investigator Biographies
Fred Kuhrt holds the position of Systems Integration
Specialist for Microanalytics. Modifying instruments and methodology to
meet the special needs of our customers is his primary focus. Fred
specializes in film permeation and filter capacity studies and handles
the bulk of various sulfur compounds analysis for Microanalytics.
Fred has been with Microanalytics for five years. During that time he
has contributed to several scientific articles on off-odors for the
bio-medical field and air quality studies in relation to farm odors.
Coming from the Texas City area, he worked for AMOCO/BP Chemical and
Refining, and the Marathon Refinery for a period of 30 years in their
quality control and technical services laboratories.
