Sophisticated instrumentation requires powerful software to
assist the user in complex tasks such as multidimensional GC control, timed
event processing, and aroma recording, characterization and identification.
MultiTrax is a full
function, timed and external event control designed specifically for complex
multidimensional GC control and interfacing specifically with the Agilent Model
6890 gas chromatograph. The software utilizes the NetLink™
controller, which allows high-speed Ethernet connection with the PC and the
on-board events controller. The controller uses a fixed IP, Ethernet
network, ideally suited for the standard Chemstation instrument network.
AromaTrax
represents the state of the art system for recording, cataloging, characterizing
and identifying odors and aromas noted at the olfactory port during standard or
multidimensional GC-Olfactory analysis. It uses the same
NetLink™ controller as
MultiTrax and both software package can "piggy-back" on a single controller.
